There can be so much overwhelm when we start thinking about all the things we need to do each month....each week... each day..... and it feels like a spiraling hot mess. Sometimes frustration sets in and we just wanna cry and maybe even eat a cookie, or two or maybe the whole box. This a judgement free zone!!
It doesn't have to be this way. Planning your month/week/day doesn't have to be stressful and it doesn't have to take a lot of your time. There are so many benefits to planning. Some of them are reduced stress, being able to focus on your priorities, avoiding over commitment- this is a big one for me ( I used to say yes to everything- now I hold my yeses tightly), being prepared, and probably the best one is having more free time- umm who wouldn’t want more free time to do what they love or let’s be honest- have more naps.
Planning for the month generally takes me about 30 minutes and sometimes not even that long. Check out these two podcast episodes below where I go into detail about how I plan my month, week and day in order to maximize my time and getting all the things done.
